HPSCB Junior Clerk Vacancy Eligibility Criteria
A) Educational Qualification & Experience
- For PACS Quota: The candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. The candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh (this condition does not apply to Bonafide Himachalis). Must have a minimum of continuous three years of service as Secretary of a Primary Agriculture Credit Society.
- For OCS Quota: The candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. The candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh (this condition does not apply to Bonafide Himachalis). Must have a minimum of continuous five years of service in a cooperative society.
B) Age Limit (As on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: Above 18 years
- Maximum Age: Below 45 years of age. Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2008 (both days inclusive) are eligible.
Age Relaxations (For Bonafide Himachali candidates only ):
- SC / ST / OBC / WFF / Physically Handicapped: 5 Years
- Ex-Serviceman: Maximum age relaxation of 12 years (present age must be less than 58 years).
